Some people spend years planning their ceremony and invite over one hundred guests. Some people pick a beautiful spot in their hometown and invite no one except their two best friends as witnesses. Add balloons, confetti and an officiant, and you’ve got a wedding! Johanna and Kristoffer said yes to each other at Blockhusudden, a beautiful green spot in the middle of Stockholm. It was a lovely autumn day, and I am so happy that I could be there and document it for them.
Elizabeth from Singapore met Daniel from Sweden while they were studying in Japan. They fell in love, stayed in love, and after being in love for ten years they decided to get married. The top secret elopement wedding took place in Stockholm with a ceremony at the City Hall. It was just the two of them, I got to both document the ceremony and act as a witness. It was a lovely day with many smiles and lots of laughter. Elizabeth and Daniel, thank you for letting me be part of it! I wish you all the best on your new path in life!
All the cool photographers go to Iceland, that is a fact. So when my photographer colleague Emelie arranged a workshop in the Land of Fire and Ice I signed up immediately. I had never been to Iceland before, but I knew it would be great. To travel through these amazing landscapes with my photography friends and beautiful models, it could not be anything but fantastic!
These are pictures from our day with Gígja and Trausti, a newlywed couple from Reykjavik. They were great in front of the camera, and the weather gods were very good to us too. First we took pictures under a grey and moody sky, and then the clouds parted and a golden light spread across the fields. It was photography heaven!

Jenn and Amy met in the beautiful valley of Adelboden, Switzerland. According to the tale it was more or less love at first sight, and it did not take that long until these lovely ladies had put sparkly rings on their fingers. I am going to have the great honour of photographing their wedding later this year, and I am so much looking forward to it! This engagement session was a lot of fun, and I am sure the wedding will be awesome.
“Smile your big beautiful smile, the one I love so much!” Marcus told Mia when we were taking portraits. And boy did she smile! In fact everyone smiled a lot this beautiful summer day. First there were smiles of anticipation while climbing the stairs at Stockholm City Hall. Then there were smiles of joy when the Mr & Mrs said “ja” to each other. Then there were some surprised smiles from strangers on a bus. And finally there were smiles of happiness and warmth when all of their friends and family gathered in Långbro Park. Such a lovely day!
